Kiser Realty & Inc., LLC provides Property Management for Single Family, Multi Family, and Commercial properties. Our service is offered for an affordable monthly fee without any up-front charges. Discounts can be given for multiple properties. Our property management service includes the following:

*Current knowledge of the Landlord Tenant Law Florida Statute 83

*Manage all tenant relations as they arise

*Collect and process rents, deposits, and late payments

*Move-In and Move- Out  property inspection reports

*Routine property inspections

*On call 24 hr for property emergencies

*Facilitate property maintenance and/or repairs as needed with qualified vendors

*Serve notices to tenants as required

*Assist with Evictions by handling initial filing with courts (Owner Expense)

*Provide information to limit liability for Owner(s)

*Local attorney staff to assist as needed with any questions/concerns as needed

*Annual IRS 1099 Statements with income/expense sheet attached

Kiser Realty & Inv., LLC also provides Tenant Placement for owners who wish to tackle the task of property management on their own.

*Place property on the market "For Rent"

*All advertising including sign, Brevard MLS, local newspaper, and several Internet sites

*Conduct all showings and utilizing electronic lock boxes

*Search prospective tenant criminal background, pedophile, credit and evictions (if any)

*Employment Verification

*Prior rental history

*Upon owner approval, initiate attorney written lease for tenant/owner

*Conduct lease signing
